Apparently, starting tomorrow, Office Depot is going to be offering a deal where gamers can design their own Xbox360 bundle for just $299. The offer includes a mail-in deal as well, so we are not entirely sure what the "bundle" comes with, choices wise. The console does include a control pad and a 20gb HDD though, so the price alone is sound.
